Owners Ross and Wendy Clement are longtime residents of Traverse City. Ross, who has been working with office machines since 1984, founded Laser Printer Technologies in 1989 and serves as company president. Wendy, who has a degree in business administration from Central Michigan University and has worked in bookkeeping and management for many years, came on board in 1994 as office manager. Over the years, the business has grown and thrived. Our team includes employees who work in sales, service and customer support.
