Ross is the owner and president of Laser Printer Technologies. He started the company in 1989 and has worked in the office machine industry since 1984.

Outside the office Ross enjoys downhill skiing, golfing, running, biking and working out

Wendy is co-owner and office manager of Laser Printer Technologies. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in business administration and has worked in bookkeeping and management since.

She joined LPT in 1994 as office manager. When not at LPT, Wendy enjoys downhill skiing, golfing, working out, walking and gardening

As Laser Printer Technologies administrative assistant, Paul is the friendly voice you hear on the phone. He handles LPT’s general office duties, including invoicing, customer service and whatever else needs attention.

Paul earned an associate’s degree in business management and marketing from West Shore Community College. He joined LPT in March of 2011.

When not in the office, Paul enjoys walking his dog, playing and composing music, creating digital artwork and spending time with friends.

Dan is a Hewlett Packard certified service technician and has worked with office machines since 2001.

In his spare time Dan enjoys reading, watching movies and is very interested in Michigan's growing craft brewing industry.

Lin is a sales and account executive with Laser Printer Technologies, working with current customers and developing new business.

She has nine years sales experience. Lin earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising and promotion and is working on her MBA.

When not working, Lin can be found studying for her MBA or gardening.

Mike holds dual roles at Laser Printer Technologies, where he works both as a service technician and in sales.

He is Hewlett Packard certified and has worked as a service technician since 1999. He’s been at LPT all those years, never taking one sick day.

As a service technician for Laser Printer Technologies, John repairs and maintains equipment both at the shop and in the field.

He has worked at servicing printers, copiers and fax machines since 1997 and joined LPT in 2010.

In his spare time John enjoys hunting and fishing, motorcycle riding and working on cars.

Dave’s worked for Ross on and off since the early 90’s and recently returned to Laser Printer Technologies. He currently handles deliveries, shipping and takes care of any product defects.

Outside of work Dave enjoys boating and the outdoors.
